Final grading of the lot, followed by sod installation, berm creation/tree planting and <br /> landscaping in line with the prior surveys and permits, has been completed. <br /> 3. Driveway Width: We would like to discuss with you the potential to receive a variance for the driveway <br /> �, width issue mentioned below. Given the curvature of Linden Lane just prior to our driveway entrance, it <br /> becomes very difficult to make the turn into the driveway with even the size of driveway that currently <br /> � exists. Any less driveway entrance space would require excessive automobile maneuvering <br /> �� (starting/stopping/back-and-forth turning) on essentially a blind corner that may present a public danger <br /> and could give rise to accidents. Moreover, given our lot size of approximately 1.6 acres, we have not <br /> reached/exceeded our "hard cover" allotment and have plenty of hard cover to spare. As such, please advise <br /> as to how we might obtain a variance for the driveway as it currently exists. <br /> Please confirm completion of#'s 1 and 2 above, and advise as to how we might accomplish #3.
