As per our June 4th email, please correct the driveway width to maximum allowed 20 feet and submit an updated as-built survey showing either the approved grading plan or a modified plan which keeps water from draining onto the neighboring property. We have made the following comments. Please provide an updated as-built survey addressing the comments below: • Driveway Width. The driveway was proposed to be 20' in width at Linden Lane which meets City requirements. The as-built shows the driveway width to be 23' at linden Lane. The driveway width must be adjusted to the maximum allowed 20'width. 3
