Motion, Ayes (4) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> The City Council reviewed the Summary of Receipts, SUMMARY OF RECEIPTS, <br /> Disbursements , & Balances for the month of etc. <br /> November, 1979. November, �979 <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, commented that <br /> we will modify our Summary of Receipts , Dis- <br /> bursements, & Balances report to show previous <br /> monthly investment balances. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to approve SUMMARY OF RECEIPTS,* <br /> the Summary of Receipts, Disbursements , & Balances etc. <br /> for January through November 30, 1979 . Motion, January-November, 1979 <br /> Ayes (4) - Nays (0) , <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS* <br /> City Council with a memo from John Gerhardson, <br /> Public Works Coordinator, concerning seasonal <br /> weight restrictions, dated February 7, 1980 , <br /> which states: <br /> Attached is a list of recommended axle weight <br /> limit restrictions for each City street. The <br /> streets will be posted from March 15 through <br /> May 15 , 1980. <br /> The normal length of time that restrictions are <br /> in effect is related to weather conditions. <br /> Certain streets might be closed to school buses <br /> if a street becomes impassable. <br /> In the past several years, we have allowed <br /> solid waste haulers to continue their normal <br /> operations, limiting them to gross weight on <br /> any single axle of seven tons or 14,000 pounds. <br /> If a street shows signs of severe breakup, we <br /> will limit the solid waste haulers to smaller <br /> vehicles. <br /> Council Meeting - February 11, 1980 <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION #1113* <br /> Resolution #1113, A Resolution Designating Axle Weight Restrictions <br /> Weight Limits On City Streets.
