� � <br /> � REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, JANUARY 30 , 1980 Page 6 <br /> Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, entered into VARIANCE <br /> the record the request of Robert Veilleux, 1396 1396 Baldur Park Road <br /> Baldur Park Road, for a variance, dated January 22 , #536 <br /> 1980 , which states : Robert Veilleux <br /> Mr. Veilleux has applied for a lot width and lot <br /> area variance for Lot 16 , Block 1 of Baldur Park. <br /> The previous owner, John Larson, received approval <br /> for a similar application in March, 1972 . The <br /> site plan, as approved by the Planning Commission, <br /> will require no setback variances. <br /> Planning Commission Minutes - January 14 , 1980 <br /> Hannah moved, to recommend approval of the variance <br /> request in accordance with site plan submitted <br /> with the condition that the house be moved to <br /> accommodate proposed deck, noting all future <br /> construction must not encroach lakeshore setback <br /> area and consideration be given in location of <br /> driveway and garage in limiting unnecessary hard- <br /> cover. Hannah stated the following hardships and <br /> findings : 1) no additional land available; 2) <br /> neighbors do not object; 3) similar application <br /> previously granted, and 4) surrounding neighboring <br /> lots are all of the same size. <br /> Council Meeting - January 30 , 1980 <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the <br /> variance request of Robert Veilleux, 1396 Baldur <br /> Park Road, per the Planning Commission recom- <br /> mendations of January 14 , 1980. Motion, Ayes (3) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to table PROPOSED ORDINANCES <br /> the proposed zoning amendments for fences and Fences <br /> accessory structures until a later date. Motion, Accessory Structures <br /> Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to adopt Ordinance ORDINANCE N0. 227 <br /> No. 227, An Ordinance Amending Chapters 22 , 23 Licensing <br /> And 69B Of The Municipal Code Of Orono Relating <br /> To The Licensing Of Plumbers , Well Drillers , <br /> Septic System Installers And Housemovers. Motion, <br /> Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the HOUSING REHABILITATION <br /> Housing Rehabilitation (Hennepin County REPORT - 1979 * <br /> Administered) Report for 1979 - Project 75 . <br /> Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br />
