Mr. Wilson noted for the record that the existing LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT condition was not a result of Mr. Scherber' s doing 1420 Bohns Point Road and that the maximum required of Mr. Scherber by (Continued) the Planning Commission was a 3 ' setback, but that the Council has the option to leave the lot line as is and require the removal of the shed. Council Meeting - January 30 , 1980 Mr. Don Carlson, representing Mr. Scherber, was present. and stated that Mr. Scherber would give up this piece of land with no charge to Mr. Solomonson. Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the lot line rearrangement for Paul Scherber, 1420 Bohns Point Road, per the Planning Commission recom- mendations of January 28, 1980. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, entered VARIANCE into the record the request of E. S. Hendrickson, 525 North Ferndale Road 525 North Ferndale Road, for a variance, dated #536 January 23, 1980 , which states : E. S. Hendrickson The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of Mr. Hendrickson' s variance application. Planning Commission Minutes - January 14 , 1980 Jabbour moved to grant the variance application of E. S. Hendrickson based on the following hard- ships and findings : l. Prevent needless removal of mature evergreen trees - in keeping with current aesthetics of the lot 2. Neighbors were not against existing structure 3. Neighbors would be against an additional structure on the lot 4 . Structure never to be used as a dwelling unit 5. Structure must comply with the State and Uniform Building Code Council Meeting - Janaury 30 , 1980 Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to approve the variance request of E. S.
