The appointment of a representative to the Com- COMMUNITY EDUCATION munity Education Program for the Wayzata School PROGRAM REPRESENTATIVE District 284 was tabled until the next Council meeting. Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the HOCKEY BOOSTER MEETING* date of February 6 , 1980 at 7: 30 P.M, for a February 6 , 1980 Hockey Booster meeting at the Council Chambers. The following memo was prepared by John Gerhardson, *GRINDER STATION PROBLEM Public Works Coordinator, concerning grinder station problems and recommendations dated January 16 , 1980, which states : At the present time , the City of Orono does own and maintain three miniature lift stations that are equipped with two grinder pumps in each station. These lift stations were place in operation in 1975 as a result of the 73-1 sewer construction project. The three lift stations are located at the following locations : L.S . #30 - 990 Partenwood Road - Capacity-three residents L.S. #31 - 996 North Arm Drive - Capacity-three residents L.S . #32 - 998 North Arm Drive - Capacity-three residents Each lift station hastwo Environmental I Grinder pumps. we are experiencing several problems with the E-1 pump and the following i.s a list of my concerns: � (Continued)
