Dick Benson, City Administrator, informed the COUPJTY ROAD #15 City Council that County Road #15 was opened Fox Street to traffic at noon Friday, October 12 , 1979; Orono Orchard Road Fox Street was also opened. Orono Orchard Road will be closed Monday, October 15, 1979 f�r sewer construction, with one lane open for emergency traffic. Dick Benson, City Administrator, informed the MEDINA-OROP10 SEWER City Council that a letter had been sent to A�REEP4ENT the City of Medina concerning the seu�er agree- ment dated September 28, 1979 , which states: "Some time ago, I forwarded to youu an aqreer.lent for vou to review to construct the Medina-Orono sewer line proposed to serve the Medina-Morningside area. At your convenience, we would like to meet with you and your Council representatives to discuss the agreement and the proposed sewer construction project. Please feel free to arrange a meeting with us �ahen it is convenient _for you. " End of letter Butler moved, P�lassengale seconded, to aP�rove PUBLIC AUCTION* the public auction to be conducted hy the Orono Automobiles Police Department on November 16, 1979 at 9: 00 A.PZ. at P2artin' s 66 Station on County Road 15 and County Road 19 in Navarre.
