Ed�aard Cashin, 1305 <br /> Shoreline Drive, in regard to the interceptor <br /> construction on Shoreline Drive. <br /> Mr. Cashin indicated that there were possible <br /> �vetland violations being committed by the <br /> construction -� that wetlands were being filled <br /> or disturbed. <br /> On Se�tember 19 , 1979 , City Planner Alan Olson <br /> and John Gerhardson made a physical insnection <br /> of the construction area frorm Tlorth Shore Drive <br /> east to the Orono boundary. <br /> ti�e did find a large amount of excess earth and <br /> trees on the shoulder of Shoreline Drive just <br /> west of the Cashin residence. '?'his promnted <br /> a letter to P4r. Craig Winters, 1355 Shoreline <br /> Drive, Widrler Brothers Construction Company <br /> to rernove all materials that would indicate a <br /> possible violation to wetlands. <br /> During the week of Septer.lber 2 4 , 19 7 9 , I r.lade <br /> an inspection of the area and found that approxi- <br /> mately 900 of the excess dirt had been removed <br /> and all of the trees had been rer.►oved. <br /> During the week of October 1, 1979 , I made <br /> another inspection and observed the shoulder <br /> repair in front of the Cashin residence was <br /> being restored, the drive approach was being <br /> paved and his mailbox had been put back up.
