Pdotion, Ayes (5) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, reviewed the status STUBBS BAY PZARINA <br /> of the Stubbs Bay riarina. <br /> Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, commented that <br /> Mr. rlcCleary is being represented by a ne��� <br /> attorney, Mr. Frankman. He has not reviewed <br /> the marina matter and will be requesting the Cit_y <br /> to review with him all the material to date. <br /> Mr. David �Vagsland, 3405 Eastlake Street, commented <br /> on the conditions of the area stating that the r_marina <br /> area is unsafe because of debris, holes left open <br /> and full of water, tall grass and weeds, which <br /> tend to hide the unsafe conditions. <br /> Mr. Peter Meyer, 3404 Eastlake Street, concurred ` <br /> that the marina area was not beinq r.maintained <br /> and that the condition of the docks and grounds <br /> creates an unsafe situation. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to extend <br /> the moratorium until December 31, 1979 based upon <br /> D4r. Frankman' s request to review entire Stubbs <br /> Bay Marina matter and to direct staff to inspect <br /> the area for unsafe conditions as stated by residents <br /> in the area. bsotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br />
