The LR-1B zoning district borders the commercial district to the south. A portion of the parking lot is �aithin the LR-1B district. I do not see a problem except that it should be noted for the record. The t�iinnehaha Creek ��atershed District and the Hennepin County Highway Department have received copies of the plans. Staff P1ote - July 12 , 1979 Staff called the architect' s office, Pope Associates, Inc. , to request plans for the runoff detention and sedimentation and erosion control be sent directly to Glenn Cook' s office to facilitate a complete review for Council meeting of �Tuly 24 , 1979. Hennepin County Highway Department requests the following: 1. Additional 7' of right-of-way along County Road 19 2. Access approved but reminds developer that - proposed shrubs must not obstruct sight distances 3. A permit will be required for all work done within County right-of-way. P4innehaha Creek Watershed District will require a permit for this project. Council Meeting - July 24, 1979 Pope Associates Architects reviewed the proposed plans.
