Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the SUBDIVISION <br /> record the request of Richard Raiche for a sub- 2901 Watertown Road <br /> division for 2901 Watertown Road, dated April 2, #471 <br /> 1979, which states: Richard Raiche <br /> The proposed four lot division was presented to <br /> the Planning Comr.iission in 1977, receiving pre- <br /> liminary approval on February 14 , 1977 (#222 , <br /> Sunny Knoll, Ruth 6�Iear Estate) . ihe plans have <br /> not been changed from the original proposal. <br /> Public Infornation P'Ieeting - May 7, 1979 <br /> There were no comments from the public. The <br /> appli.cant was advised of the Engineer' s recom- <br /> mendation concerning the paved swale at the <br /> intersection of Watertown and plat road. P•ir.' <br /> Raiche informed the Commission of the difficulty <br /> they were having locating a suitable on-site <br /> septic area for Lot 3. He noted that the road <br /> may have to be relocated if he plans to get four <br /> lots. The Conunission advised this �vould not be a <br /> problem as long as the septic code was satisfied <br /> and the location of the new access approved. <br /> (Continued) <br />
