Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . Report - North Star Piarina - Application for 95 NORTH STAR MARINA slips on Maxwell Bay Plus three slips on Crystal LICEtdSE • Bay (Crystal Bay slips never approved) . Application still shows 325 ft. to 345 ft. dock extension into Maxwell Bay. I recommend denial of the 1979 license application as made because of the continuing dock length violation. Applicant should be rec�uired to resubmit showing docks in compliance. I, therefore, recomnend adoption of the attached resolution. Proposed License increase of four sli�s on Tanager Lake; increase of 28 slips and decrease of six buoys - net increase 22 boats on Browris Bay; total density up from 118 to 144 boats (up 26) ; increase from two to eight (up six) in new boats for sale; increase in winter storage from 74 to 103 (up 29) ; parking spaces down 10 6 to 9 7 (do�an nine)_. rlote LMCD hearing on February 14, 1979 regarding these changes.
