Robert Favorite along <br /> with the 1979 Ski Area license requesting additional <br /> information if he wished to pursue tubing. To date, <br /> we have received no response. <br /> I have sent Tom Jacobs out to inspect facilities <br /> at other areas .including "Green Acres" in Lake <br /> Elmo which already offers tubing. His reports <br /> are attached. It appears that there are increased <br /> needs for supervision and cor.ununication but that <br /> other wise the facilities needed are similar to <br /> those in place at Ski Tonka.
