Our present ordinance precludes the type of dock structure that you are requesting. This is a perr:iitted use in the B-2 zone. The units were not -indicated last year, but they are consistent �vith past practice. There are nine or ten �vinter stored boats on the property today. I recor•�end approval , of the 1979 license resolution. Gus Gunderson was present to discuss his application commenting that,"I do sell boats and bait, the area is classified for marina uses. I do plan on buying the station in the future. " Mayor Vari Nest: There is a two acre requirement for a full-scale r_►arina. If we are e;tpanding the use of the area, this application should be reviewed by the P�iarina Cor.►mittee. The type of business approved � for this area is for a �gas station and this B-2 area � has been approved for selling gas on the lake to boats. � . (Continued)
