Charles Bellows concerning the traffic problem on Woodhill Avenue to the j•7oodhill Country Club. He stated that when Hennepin County' s reconstruction at Tanager Lake Bridge is done, the County will also improve the egress to the 47oodhill Country Club. P�r. Bellows will work out an arrangement ��ith everybody concerned to correct the problem, such as putting the gate further into the Woodhill property line with a cul de sac on the country club property. A memo from Joan Lattin, Deputy Treasurer, concerning INSU�tAPJCE BID * the insurance bid dated December 8, 1978, states : Please find attached a cover letter and bid analysis from Jeffrey P. Isenberg of �he Williart Peet Cor�pany who was retained as a consultant to evaluate the bids and specifications for our insurance package. Pdr. Kuehn and I had hoped that the clirlate had changed this year in regard to r.iunicipal insurance and that we would have more companies participating in the bids. The climate has not changed and we received only one bid from The Home Insurance Company who has insured the City the past three years. The bid is 33o higher than the 1977 premiums with an 8% dividend on the workmens compensation policy paid to us at the end of the year. We do have the option of cancelling our insurance at sorne later date should we find an insurance cor.lpany who would quote a premium at a lesser cost. Dick Benson, City Adriinistrator, presented the City T,�lEST TOPIKA COUNSELING* Council a meno concerning funds for the S^7est Tonka FOR OLDER ADULTS Counseling for Older Adults dated Deceriber 8, 1978 which states: The request for funding of the West Tonka Counseling for Older Adults was reviewed by Mr. P4arlin [�ollwage last �aeek. The program, as outlined in the rlinutes of September 26 , 1978, is in error. Thev are rec�uesting funding of $1, 200 for 1979 with increased funding for 1980. 2•Sr. Wollwage has agreed to report to us on a quarterly basis their activities in Orono. (Continued)
