Program <br /> MSA Streets <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> The City of Orono is required to have a 5-year capital improvement <br /> program for M.S.A. streets submitted to the DOT prior to December 31, <br /> 1978. The Council should review the program as outlined, revise as <br /> they feel necessary and pass a resolution approving the capital im- <br /> provement program. <br /> We should indicate to the Council what street construction may be <br /> possible to program the additional $280,000.
