Smythe dated September 26, 1978 , which <br /> states : <br /> "Fiere is the 1978 agreement between the City of <br /> Orono and I.B.T. , Local No. 320 , representing � <br /> police. <br /> On insurance I agreed the City would over pay <br /> beyond the $65. 00 per nonth for the rest of <br /> 1978 to the extent required to make up the $15. 00 <br /> increase from January. Animal Control Contract, dated - <br /> October 5, 1978, which states : <br /> I have received a letter from P4.A.P.S.I, indicating <br /> that Reo Raj Kennels no longer are acceptable as <br /> a holding facility and that P�I.A.P.S.I, will <br /> cancel our contract on October 31, 1978 at 12 : 00 P.M. <br /> unless an alternate solution can be reached. <br /> Pd.A.P.S .I , indicates they will be happy to take <br /> all animals to M.A.P.S.I. in Minneapolis or another <br /> licensed veterinary clinic in our area. <br /> I have r.iade preliminary contact with P�r.
