The Planning Commission <br /> reviewed the existing situation with two buildings <br /> on comr.►on lots and the proposed lot line rearrange- <br /> nent to create separate parcel identities. Planning <br /> Commission reviewed the recommendations of the City <br /> staff and the Hennepin County Highway Department. <br /> It was noted that service stations are conditional <br /> uses in the B-1 zone, that this station has been <br /> existing and operating for many years, but that <br /> there was never any formal conditional use perr.►it <br /> or application on file. <br /> Parking was discussed noting that the code calls <br /> for seven spaces for this station. t2r_ Reut�.man <br /> noted that the station only has "parking problems" <br /> when the marina customers use the property on weekends. <br /> He stated that the marina (Paul' s Landing) does �not <br /> have any authorization from him to use this property <br /> for marina parking. <br /> (Continued) <br />
