A variance was granted <br /> on November 22, 1978 for an addition to the <br /> existing house, which addition has not yet been <br /> completed. <br /> The total property .is 27.,600 sq_ ft,. Qr 0. 63 acre. <br /> Al1 setbacks are met except front yard where 27. 5 ft. <br /> is proposed vs. 35 ft. required. This setback is <br /> to a platted undeveloped alley.
