There shall be no launching of ,power boats, VARIANCE <br /> pontoon boats or power craft, of any kind, 925 Partenwood Road <br /> from Outlot A. (Continued) <br /> B. There shall be no docks erected or maintained <br /> within twenty feet of either side of Outlot A. <br /> C. There shall be no structures of any kind erected <br /> on Outlot A and this includes but is not limited <br /> to boat houses, on shore docking facilities, <br /> guest houses, and fish houses. Landscaping <br /> shall not be allowed without the approval of <br /> the Architectural Committee. <br /> D. There shall be no parking of vehicles of any <br /> kind on Outlot A. <br /> E. Outlot A shall not be used for any use or <br /> activity which is not compatable with the <br /> other lots in the Partenwood area. The docks <br /> erected or maintained on Outlot A may be used <br /> only by the owners or the occupants in residence <br /> of Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Block Three (3) , <br /> Partenwood Additian, and such docks or facilities <br /> for docking may not under any circumstances by ' <br /> used, loaned or made available to any boats <br /> owned by or used by any other persons other <br /> than those who are either the owners of or in <br /> residence at Lots One (1) and Two (2) , Block <br /> Three (3) , Partenwood Addition. <br /> F. There shall not, at any time, be kept at Outlot <br /> A more than two watercraft by any one owner ar <br /> resident, and no watercraft, of any kind, in <br /> excess of tw�aty three (23) feet in length <br /> shall be moored,_ stored, or kept .at the dock <br /> maintained on Outlot A_ <br /> G. It is also intended that all of the other <br /> conditions, restrictions, and limitations with <br /> respect to type, placement, and color of docks, <br /> boats, watercraft, etc. shall apply to Outlot A <br /> the same as they apply to all other lots in the <br /> Partenwood Addition; except that, in the case <br /> of conflict the provisions of this Section IV <br /> shall prevail. <br /> H. A small sign designating Outlot A as private <br /> property shall be permitted upon said property_ <br /> It is the overriding intention of .the declarants <br /> herein that Outlot A is intended to serve the <br /> �urpose of providing lake access for the owner or <br /> esident of Lots One (1) and Two (2) , Block Three (3) <br /> _ of Partenwood Addition, and that any use of Outlot A <br /> must be consistent with the residential character (Continued) <br />
