Church Services Niemi, PastQr of the C'�ood Shepherd Lutheran Church, dated Psay 24, 1978, which states: Letter - Page 28 Council Meeting - June 15, 1978 Rev. Jack Niemi was present to discuss his request commenting that the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church used this theatre ten years ago_ I would like to use the theatre every Sunday commencing July 2 through September 3, 1978 at 10:00 A. M. to 10: 45 A.M. I do intend for .this to be a community service for everyone. Mayor Van Nest: Our concerns are multi-uses of �i the area and possible noise ar complaints from the neighbors.
