Applicant' s representatives <br /> were unable to provide adequate documentation. <br /> Commission suggested applicants xesearch further. <br /> Planning Commission also discussed projected <br /> disposal of spoils in neaxby marsh area located <br /> on property of Freshwater Biological Institute. <br /> Suggested applicants submit .credibl.e reports <br /> indicating advantages of dispos.ing of spoils on <br /> wetlands and marshes. Planning Commission also <br /> suggested applicant consider alternatives for <br /> disposal of spoils_ Representatives indicated <br /> excessive cost for req�val of spoils from immediate <br /> area. The Commission informed applicant that economic <br /> factor generally is not considered as a hardship <br /> with the land.. <br /> �Planning Commission tabled the issue until all <br /> property owners within 150 ft. of subject properties, <br /> includinq the Freshwater Biological Institute, are <br /> notified of the proposed project. Instructed <br /> applicant submit certified list of names and <br /> addresses of all property owners within 150 ft. of <br /> projected spoils disposal area also. (Continued) <br />
