Blunt: We would not have proceeded if we knew <br /> we could not use the spoils in the area. We now <br /> have to move spoils out and other dirt in. The <br /> spoils are not harmful and we would want to have <br /> them analyzed to determine if we could use them. <br /> Jim Olson, City Engineer: The spoils that are <br /> dredged contain nutrients that are harmful to the <br /> lake. <br /> Mayor Van Nest: Your permit and all permits <br /> include the language that all spoils are to be <br /> removed.
