Butler dated April 12, NURSING SERVICE - <br /> 1978, which states: Resignation - Butler <br /> "Please accept this as my resignation from my <br /> position as a member of the Executive Board of <br /> the Suburban Health Nursing Service. This shall <br /> be effective as of this date. <br /> Schedule conflicts and general time constraints <br /> make it necessary for me to step aside at this <br /> time. Butler' s resignation as a <br /> member of the �xecutive Board of the Suburban <br /> Health Nursing Service. Butler dated April 12 , CITIES - Resignation <br /> 1978, which states : Butler <br /> "Please accept this letter as my resignation from <br /> my position on the Board of Directors of the League <br /> of P�innesota Cities.
