� REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, APRIL 13, 1978 Page 13 Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the SUBDIVISION record the following information concerning a 3024 Casco Point Roa subdivision request of Joseph Braun, 3024 Casco #2 Point Road, dated February 23, 1978, which states: Joseph Braun Applicant Braun and purchaser Plowman both present, each represented by an attorney. Alan Olson read over chronology of events over the three years since the subdivision was first presented. Important points noted and acknowledged by the attorneys present were that the delays on this application were caused by the applicant' s failure to nroceed and not by an action or lack of action by the City. On the contrary, the minutes of each City action clearly indicate the necessary steps for division completion and indeed, the applicants acknowledge that they still cannot agree among themselves over details of whom should proceed with the application. The Council reviewed the entire chain of events and took particular note of the Planning Commission recommendation made February 6 , 1978. The Council in�structed staff to prepare a resolution setting forth the findings of fact as to why the �ivision should now be denied. Council Meeting - March 30, 1978 Council tabled the matter two weeks to give applicant Braun and purchaser Plowman and their respective attorneys time to review the resolution. The only cor.unents to be received from them at the next meeting are to be written briefs. Council Meeting - April 13, 1978 Mr. Alan Olson also commented that he has not received any comments from any of the parties involved. Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, informed the City NAVARRE DRIVE-IN Council that on P�arch 30, 1978, the Council THEATRE LICENSE instructed staff to prepare a resolution approving the 1978 license for the Navarre Drive-In Theatre subject to the conditions contained in Resolution #790 plus a required fence. Applicant to submit a plan and fence design for Council approval. The fence is to secure property on two sides and . rear at all times with front to be secured when the theatre is not operating.
