The Council should act on their license <br /> tonight in view of the time constraints stated by <br /> the applicants earlier in approving the license <br /> at a later date if the negotiations fail. The <br /> theatre representatives were present at the last <br /> meeting and are aware of the conditions subject to <br /> approving the license. <br /> Butler moved, Pesek seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #898 <br /> #898, A Resolution Setting Forth Restrictions And Navarre Drive-In <br /> Requirements Precedent To The Granting Of A Theatre Theatre License <br /> License To Northwest Cinema Corporation Authorizing <br /> Opening And Operation Of The Navarre Drive-In <br /> Theatre During The 1978 Season, adding languaqe <br /> "esthetically pleasing to assure fence will not <br /> add to diminution in value of adjacent properties" . <br /> Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> PZr.
