Due to the many <br /> last minute changes required by the Planning Commission, <br /> the developer has requested that the Council review the � . <br /> plat for conceptual final approval pending the completion <br /> of the changes in the drawings and the execution of <br /> legal documents. I concur_ <br /> I recommend Council approval of the variances as <br /> recor,imended by the Planning Cor.unission and conceptual <br /> approval of the final plat incorporationg the items <br /> listed by the Planning Commission. If agreeable, a <br /> resolution of final approval will be ready for the <br /> next meeting or as soon as the final drawings are <br /> delivered. <br /> Council Meeting - April 13, 1978 <br /> Mr. Tim Adams was present and requested permission <br /> to read the recommended resolution. After reading <br /> the resolution, Mr. Adams stated he agreed with it. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Pesek seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION #899 <br /> Resolution #899, A Resolution Approving A Plat Of The Farm At Long Lak� <br /> The Farm At Long Lake, per the Planning Commission 820 Brown Road N. <br /> recommendations.
