Bartig, was present. � <br /> City Engineer, Jim Olson' s report, was presented to <br /> Coru�ission. Report suggested 27' road easement <br /> along west boundary of subject proPerty to provide <br /> minir�um 60' ric�ht-of-way to prevent land locking. <br /> Also discouraged excessive traffic flow onto County <br /> Road #6 . <br /> Several alternatives were suggested during discussion. <br /> Commission also requested survey indicating house <br /> location. <br /> Planning Comrtission tabled the issue to give applicant <br /> the opportunity to submit revised plan. <br /> �taff - January 30, 1978 <br /> Exhibit #3 - Revised plan submitted. Copy attached. <br /> Revised plan indicates 27' access easement along <br /> west property line and location of existing house. <br /> If plan is satisfactory, final approval should be <br /> conditioned on: � <br /> 1. Park dedication fee of $500 being paid <br /> 2. Title opinion addressed to C,ity and approved <br /> by City Attorney <br /> 3. City Engineer a�proval of proposed plat. <br /> Planning Cornmission - February 6, 1978 <br /> Duke Schneider, representing applicant was �resent. <br /> Planninc� Cor.tmission reviewed revised plat indicating ! <br /> 27' easement along west property line and existing � <br /> house location as requested by the Commission. The <br /> revised plat did not, however, include the combination i <br /> of the west lot with the approximately 40 acre ( <br /> parcel located directly south of the Bartiq property. � <br /> The owner of the subject 40 acre �arcel would purchase � <br /> the westerly lot of the proposed division.
