Bartig' s application for <br /> division of a 20. 1 acre tract into two parcels <br /> (12. 8 acres and 7. 3 acres) . This property is <br /> located in the RR-lA - five acre zoning district. <br /> �xhibit 1 indicates location of the property on the <br /> plat r.iap. <br /> Exhibit 2 indicates the pro�osed division. <br /> This division riight qualify under the platting <br /> exceptions (Sect. 39 . 021) providing we do not <br /> rec�uire an additional 33 ' right-of-way dedication <br /> .long the west property line. Our current plat <br /> map indicates a 33' dedication from the previous <br /> subdivision of the Orchard Park properties to the <br /> west of the Bartig property. Access to the parcel <br /> should be addressed to prevent landlocking.
