Y.enneth Rud applied for a buiding <br /> perr.iit (#3484) for the purpose of demolition of all • <br /> structures located at 4735 Tonka View Lane. <br /> 2ir. Rud was billed for sewer service for the periods <br /> ended June 30, 1977, September 30, 1977, and December 31, <br /> 1977. The June 30 and September 3_0 billings were <br /> paid but after he received the billing dated December 31, <br /> he wrote to the City to inquire as to the statns of <br /> the billing. In his letter, he states that the <br /> structures were removed as of Psay l, 1977. An inspection <br /> of the above mentioned address was perforr,led on February l, <br /> 19�78, and the premises were found to be as stated. <br /> In view of the foregoing, it is recomrtended that P�r. Rud <br /> be refunded the amounts paid on the second. and third <br /> quarter billings and a credit be applied to his fourth <br /> quarter bulling.
