Steven f�ansen was employed <br /> by the City of Orono' s Public Works Department as <br /> a light equipment onerator at a rate of $5. 75 per hour. <br /> Steve' s performance and attitude have been excellent <br /> in the past three months. In January 1978 , Steve <br /> did not recieve a salary increase because of his <br /> late start. <br /> Therefore, it is my recommendation to increase his <br /> salary from $5. 75 per hour to $6. 25 per hour, <br /> effective February 20, 1978. <br /> I will review his progress and salary again at six <br /> months. <br /> IIutler moved; Pesek seconded, to increase the salary <br /> of Steven Hansen, light equipment operator, to $6. 25 <br /> per hour, effective I'ebruary 20, 1978..
