He stated that modifications have been <br /> made and that it will be completed in the near <br /> future. <br /> A memo from Thomas Y.uehn, Finance Director, METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br /> concerning the Pdetropolitan Council Community GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> Coriprehensive Planning Grant Agreement was <br /> presented to the City Council which states: <br /> Attached please find a copy of the "Grant <br /> Agreement Between the P�Ietropolitan Council and the <br /> City of Orono" . The application for the grant <br /> award was submitted previously by the City of <br /> Orono and was approved by the P4etropolitan <br /> Council on December 8, 1977._ Before the grant may <br /> be used, the agreement must be executed.
