Joe Braun <br /> r�ayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to table <br /> the subdivision request of Joe Braun, 3024 Casco <br /> Point Road, until the next Council meeting. <br /> P�otion, Ayes (3) - P1ays (0) . <br /> Pdayor Van Nest reviewed the Planning Cor.unission SUBDIVISION <br /> minutes of January 16 , 1978 which recomr.iend the 3201 Navarre Lane <br /> following conditions subject to approval of the #266 <br /> final plat: � Crosstown Properties <br /> l. �-Vater service for all homes in both Orono and <br /> P�Iinnetonka Beach to be supplied by Orono because <br /> of lack of water pressure in P4innetonka Beach <br /> � service lines. <br /> 2. Assessments and service charges for Minnetonka <br /> Beach residences to be reviewed by Engineer <br /> and by Council. <br /> 3. Sewer service to be provided by respective <br /> municipalities. <br /> 4. Conservation and flowage easement over 0utlot C <br /> (subject to approval of description by City <br /> Engineer and City Attorney) . <br /> 5. Outlot B - Association commons parcel. <br /> 6. Outlot G designates private access road and cul- <br /> de-sac_ (Council should consider underlying <br /> easement subject to approval by City Engineer <br /> and City Attorney. <br /> 7. 33' easement overlying Navarre Lane and County <br /> Road #15 to remain as easement. <br /> 8. Park dedication fee of $1, 250 (five lots at $250 <br /> per lot) . <br /> 9.
