DeGregory, 2713 Kelly #�245 <br /> Avenue, were present to discuss their letter <br /> submitted to the City Council which states : <br /> In regards to the updating of permit for Walter' s <br /> Port Association as provided in the Council motion <br /> June 13, 1977, <br /> Pertaining to the north end of lagoon, which effects, <br /> Richard Crist, Ar thur Ellis, and Robert DeGregory <br /> properties only. <br /> Arthur S. Ellis and Robert DeGregory properties <br /> intend to use riprap. Richard Crist would like to <br /> change from aluminum to riprap for purposes of <br /> conforming with Arthur Ellis and Robert DeGregory <br /> properties. <br /> This petition is to update this change and obtain <br /> Council approval of substituting riprap for seawall <br /> on Richard Crist property only, as per Council action <br /> on June 13, 1977. <br /> The riprapping will be done in accordance with <br /> Village engineering specifications. 4�e will also <br /> submit a hold harnless agreement before we start <br /> construction. <br /> �ae are making the above request as per suggestion <br /> of Dick Benson and Henry P'Iuhich, as of our meeting <br /> with him on January 17, 1978 at 10: 00 A.M. <br /> End of letter <br /> Mayor Van Nest asked if the applicants had a <br /> drawing or a plan. <br /> Mr. Ellis: No, we would work with your engineer. <br /> Mayor Van Nest: Yes, our engineer should review <br /> this .
