The plat consisted <br /> of 24 lots, one outlot, two 60 ' wide private roads , <br /> � drainage easements , 10 ' wide easement along County <br /> Road #6 , a wetlands conservation easertent and a 33' <br /> � street dedication adjacent to Dakota Avenue along <br /> � the west boundary of the property.
