Larry Hork, MARIPdA <br /> � North Shore Drive PZarina, 3222 North Shore Drive, <br /> + dated Decer,►ber l, 1977, which states: <br /> • At their regular raeeting on Plovember 28, 1977, the <br /> Orono City Council discussed the current status <br /> � of the various agreements made between you and <br /> the City this past year. To date, the City has <br /> � not received executed (signed) copies of either <br /> Resolution #823, authorizing the 1977 marina <br /> � license, or Resolution #830 , granting the dredging <br /> • perr.tit. <br /> � The Council was particularly concerned about the <br /> lacY of fencing around the dry storage racks to <br /> � which you agreed in Resolution #806 and the District <br /> Court Stipulation for Settlement executed on <br /> � July 29 , 1977.
