Adults and children continually shout pro- <br /> fanities . Petitioners, their children, <br /> � their guests , and business guests are � <br /> continually subjected to this; <br /> � � <br /> g. Frequest trespasses and invasions of privacy <br /> � <br /> • (1) Window peeping <br /> (2) Broken windows <br /> S (3) Theft of property kept in yards , boats <br /> and garages; <br /> � (4) Intrusions into mailboxes; <br /> (5) Litter, including beer and pop cans, <br /> � broken glass , underwear, feminine <br /> • sanitary napkins, potato chip boxes <br /> and all kinds of food containers; _ <br /> � (6) Dogs roaming through yards and terrori- <br /> zing petitioners , guests and children. <br /> + Dogs defecating .in yards ; <br /> (7) Children playing on Petitioners ' boats <br /> � and docks; <br /> (8) White experienced a broken boat wind- <br /> � shield; <br /> (9) Broken yard lights; <br /> � (10) Tree branches broken from children <br /> � swinging on them; <br /> (11) Cars making "U" turns in their driveways. <br /> � <br /> h. No lifeguards or other supervisory personnel <br /> � assigned to Sandy Beach. <br /> � (1) Parents drop off children for the after- <br /> � noon and leave them unattended; <br /> (2) No bathroom facilities so children go in <br /> e; lake, and on property of Whites and <br /> Olivers or right on the beach; . <br /> � (3) Petitioners often hear screams of terror <br /> and run to the beach in fear that a child <br /> V is drowning--a rather unsettling experience <br /> which continues through the stunmer months; <br /> � <br /> � (4) The City has signs which prohibit <br /> � a. Fishing <br /> b. Boats and launching <br /> 7 c. Pets <br /> d. I'ires <br /> � e. I'ood <br /> ' f. Littering <br /> g.
