P2ayor Van rdest <br /> asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br /> Petition attached - Pages 18-21 <br /> Mr. Lee Tomlinson; Park Commission Chairman, <br /> reviewed the Park Commission' s action c�ated <br /> September 20 , 1977, which states : <br /> "Discussion of the petition regarding the <br /> request to close "Sandy Beach" led to a motion <br /> recorunending that the beach not be closed, but <br /> that the following actions take place: <br /> a . <br /> l. Close off vehicular access to the immediate <br /> beach area with additional posts or a pad- <br /> * locked chain. <br /> 2. Closer police scrutiny of the area during <br /> summer hours to enforce existing regulations <br /> as posted at the beach. <br /> � Motion was passed" <br /> Mr. John T. Disturbs sleep <br /> d. Disturbs all day and night activities of <br /> Petitioners <br /> (1) Disturbs guests, T.V. viewing, and any <br /> other type of activity carried on in <br /> the hor.ies. <br /> (Continued) <br />
