There are simply <br /> • too many people using the beach and too <br /> many cars parked there to allow an imr:iediate _ <br /> ' response by the local fire deoartment to <br /> homes in the area close to the beach. This <br /> � Sandy Beach area formerly was designated <br /> as a fire lane by a sign put up at the <br /> ` beach. If this area is now a fire lane, <br /> the City is violating its own regulations. <br /> r <br /> k. Snowr.iobiles--frequent use of the beach area <br /> � during the winter for access to the lake, <br /> � including late night caravans. <br /> ` l.
