Quast has repeatedly invaded the <br /> privacy of the property and residences of this <br /> neighborhood, and <br /> �ahereas, P�Ir. Quast appears to be in open violation <br /> of City ordinances and codes, and <br /> �dhereas, P�Ir. Quast has allowed buildings on his <br /> premises to be unsightly and in an a�parent <br /> dilapidated condition detracting from and aff_ecting <br /> the property values of the rest of the neighborhood, <br /> a and <br /> Whereas� many conplaints have been f_iled with the <br /> City and the police, and <br /> 6�hereas , no approZ�riate action appears to have been <br /> ta}cen. <br /> [�e, tlie undersigned residents and property owners � <br /> of the City of Orono do petition said City to <br /> promptly and directly enforce against Lawrence J. <br /> Quast certain City ordinances contained in the <br /> iQunicipal Code of Orono, Pdinnesota. <br /> Specific�lly, ��e ask the City of Orono to inspect <br /> the buildings owned by Lawrence J. Quast 1251 Briar <br /> Street, Crystal Bay, i�innesota. <br /> � ��e al�lege, based on personal knovaledge or inforr.�ation <br /> • and belief that i�r_ Quast is in violation of Section <br /> 203, page 27, of the 1976 edition of •the Uniform <br /> Building Code as adopted into the iiunicipal Code of <br /> Orono, Iiinnesota, in August, 1977, relating to <br /> unsafe buildings. <br /> ���e demand if Lawrence J.
