Quast, 1251 Briar Street, Crystal Bay, P�innesota, and <br /> , �-Jhereas , r4r. nuast has repeatedly invaded the privacy <br /> of the property and residences of this neighborhood, and <br /> [7hereas, i�4r. nuast appears to be in o�en violation of <br /> City ordinances and codes, and <br /> �Jhereas, l�r. nuast has allowed buildings on his <br /> , prer�lises to be unsightly and in an apparent dilapidated <br /> condition detracting fr_om and aff_ecting the pr_operty <br /> values of the rest of the neighborhood, and <br /> 4Jhereas, many complaints have been filed with the <br /> City and the police, and <br /> Whereas, no appropriate action appears to have been <br /> taken. <br /> �1e, the undersigned residents and property o��ners of <br /> � the City of Orono do petition said City to enforce <br /> � certain City ordinances contained in the tSunicipal <br /> , code of Orono, P2innesota. <br /> Specifically, we demand that Chapter 13 , page 47 of <br /> the P�innesota Plumbing Code, Regulation P=SHD. 130 <br /> pertaining to water supply and distribution be <br /> � prorlptly and directly enforced with respect to <br /> the property of Lawrence J. Quast, located at <br /> 1251 Briar Street, Crystal Bay, A2innesota, <br /> specifically, upon information and belief we <br /> �' allege violations of r4HD. 130 a) (1) and (2) <br /> regarding potable water supply and the prohibition <br /> � o� non-potable water supply. - <br /> 4Je believe and allege upon information and belief <br /> that the above mentioned dwelling is equipped with <br /> plumbing fixtures and is used for hurlan occupancy <br /> and habitation but is without a supply of potable <br /> water. <br /> ti�e wish to be alleviated of the worry and concern <br /> of supplying potable water to Lawrence J. nuast's <br /> prer*iises from our individual wells through exterior <br /> faucets on our homes when we are not present. <br /> ��e demand that the City cause Lawrence J. nuast, <br /> 1251 Briar Street, Crystal Bay, ?linnesota, to comply <br /> � with the aforenentioned codes and regulations or <br /> be prosecuted to the extent of the law as described <br /> for such violations.
