Quast, 1251 Briar Street, Crystal Bay, I�Iinnesota, and • 4dhereas, I4r. �uast has repeatedly invaded the privacy of the property and residences of_ this neighborhood,and ��dhereas, P�r. Quast appears to be in open violation of City ordinances and codes, and Whereas, iir. Quast has allowed buildings on his prenlises to be unsightly and in an apparent dilapidated condition detracting from and affecting the property values of the rest of the neighborhood, and � t�hereas� many complaints have been filed with the City and the police, and Whereas� no appropriate action appears to have been taken, ti�e,tlle undersigned residents and property owners a of the City of Orono do petition said City to enforce against Lawrence J. Quast certain City � ordinances, contained in the Zoning Code of the City of Orono, l�sinnesota, updated ?Zarch 10, 1977. � Specifically, we believe that violations exist on the prer.lises owned by Lawrence J. Quast and located at 1251 Briar Street, Crystal IIay, r4innesota, relating to Chapter 32. 260 of the zoning code discussing building perr,►its. 4de allege, based on personal knowledge or information and belief that I4r. nuast has violated the afore- nentioned provision with regard to a ruffed in • addition located on and attached to the west side of his home and upon which no work has been perforried for at least two years. � We demand that the City of Orono, P-linnesota cause Lawrence J. Quast to promptly and directly obtain � a building perrnit and bond and complete his room addition in a period of time as specified by the City, or, without delay, remove the aforer.�entioned material attached to the west side of his home.
