Fee Schedule <br /> �o adopt an ordinance to amend the municipal code <br /> � of the City of Orono by amending certain chapters <br /> relating to fees and to adopt a fee schedule. <br /> � Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . , <br /> • <br /> Mr. Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, read into the NAVARRE DRIVE-IN THEATRE <br /> • record several inspection and police reports REPORT <br /> • regarding the operation of the Navarre Drive-In <br /> Theatre. <br /> � Chief of Police Melvin Kilbo report on the Navarre <br /> � Drive-In Theatre, dated July 20 , 1977, states: <br /> • I have sent to you six reports on the Navarre Drive- <br /> In. These six reports cover four incidents. One <br /> � of these reports seems to indicate the manager of � <br /> . the drive-in does not feel order is necessary <br /> during week-day operations and is aware of squads <br /> � arrivals. <br /> � The other reports involve citizens responses, one <br /> by letter delivered on July 12 , 1977, which list <br /> � many problems with noise of motorbikes in the lot. <br /> � �n the 13th of July, I received three calls within , <br /> � rive minues from three separate citizens about <br /> three motorbikes disturbing. Squads were sent and <br /> � two juveniles were ticketed and referred to Juvenile <br /> Court. <br /> � � <br /> It is my opinion the only way the mini-bike <br /> • disturbance can be effectively ended is by requir- <br /> • ing the entire lot to be fenced and locked during <br /> off hours. <br /> � End of inemo <br /> � <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to instruct <br /> • staff to review and continue to monitor the Navarre <br /> Drive-In Theatre and to present final recommendations <br /> � to the City Council in October, 1977.
