The Municipal Code of the City of Orono <br /> • is amended by amending Chapter 20 and Section 20.010 <br /> as follows: <br /> • 20. ADOPTION OF STATE BUILDING CODE <br /> � <br /> 20. 010. Adoption of Code. The Minnesota State <br /> • Building Code as it existed on January 30, 1976, <br /> • including the Minnesota Heating, Ventilating, Air <br /> Conditioning and Refrigeration Code, and Chapters l, <br /> � 2 & 3 of the 1976 Edition of the Uniform Building <br /> Code, including all other codes, regulations, rules, <br /> � and standards adopted by reference therein, are <br /> hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> � Three copies of said Minnesota State Building Code <br /> and the 1976 Edition of the Uniform Building Code <br /> • should be marked as official copies and filed <br /> • for use and examination by the public in the City <br /> Hall. <br /> ` Section 2. The Municipal Code of the City of Orono <br /> * is amended by amending Section 21. O10 as follows: <br /> � 21. ADOPTION OF MINNESOTA PLUMBING CODE <br /> � 21. 010. Adoption of Code. The 1976 Edition of the <br /> �Minnesota Plumbing Code is hereby adopted and incorporated <br /> herein by reference.
