The landscaping on � Brown's Bay is complete, but trees and grass are required in the parking area on the residential lot. • • � • Mr. Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, read into the SKI ORDINANCE � record the following information concerning the anended ski ordinance, dated July 11, 1977, which • states: � Council was informed at the July 11, 1977, meeting � that arrangements had been made by Ski Tonka representative to meet with staff to review � revised draft for amending ski ordinance. Any specific changes requested by Ski Tonka representative O will be listed in forthcoming report. � Staff - July 14, 1977 � Lee and Brent Primus met with the Zoning Administrator � on July 13, 1977. We discussed proposed ordinance amendment. They were not too happy with any of the � regulations. They felt we were being to restrictive. They interpreted the ordinance as a design to simplify � citing of violations. It appeared they would prefer �triking out most of the regulatory measures� They will be meeting with me again next week so we , can write up some of their suggestions. � They requested deferring the issue until the Council meetincr sclieduled for August 8, 1977.
