� REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, JULY 25, 1977 Page 19 <br /> � � Mr. Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, read into the SUBDIVISION <br /> record the following request for a subdivision of 3700 Bayside Road <br /> � John Burger, 3700 Bayside Road, dated July 11, 1977, #255 <br /> which states: John Burger <br /> � Council Meeting - July 11, 1977 _ <br /> � Letter from applicant requesting reconsideration <br /> of lakeshore privileges on lakeshore property <br /> � across County Road #84. Tabled for lack of data. <br /> Directed staff to research and report on ownership <br /> � of lakeshore, size of strip along shoreline, tax <br /> • status on shoreline property and location of <br /> subject property in reference to nearby State <br /> � owned under water property. <br /> � Staff - July 13, 1977 <br /> � Enclosed is a portion of the plat map indicating <br /> • all the owners of the properties adjacent to the <br /> lake and located south of the Burger property. <br /> � It appears the Burgers actually own no shoreline. <br /> The taxes for 1976, as listed in the tax records, <br /> � are $1. 34 per lot. <br /> � Staff - July 14, 1977 <br /> Sta�f has received the final plat drawings for <br /> • review. Copies of the preliminary plat and final <br /> plat are included for your comparison. P�•liminary <br /> � approval was granted subject to a park dedication <br /> fee of $500 and applicants preparing and recording <br /> * the following easements: <br /> � l. Access for adjoining Lot 52 from County Road 84. <br /> 2. Access for Lot 1 through Lot 2 around the east <br /> � end of the wetlands. <br /> • 3. Conservation eas�.ment to the City over the wetlands. <br /> � Planning Commission Meeting - July 18, 1977 <br /> � Mr. & Mrs. Burger were present. Recomnended approval <br /> of final plat as shown on mylar presented, subject <br /> � to providing access easements to Lot 52 and access <br /> , easement to dry portion located at the back o� <br /> Lot l. Access easement to be located on dry land <br /> � following perimeter of existing wetlands on properties. <br /> Park dedication fee of $500 ($250 per lot) and <br /> conservation easement over wetlands. <br /> Discussed subject of riparian rights on property <br /> across County Road 84. Building & Zoning Director <br /> � informed applicant and Commission that records <br /> � indicated the Burgers did not own any shoreline. <br /> Planning Commission made no recommendation as Mr. <br /> Burger' s previous communication regarding lakeshore <br /> rights was directed to City Council. <br /> • (Continued) <br /> � <br />
