However, <br /> � they voiced their objection to a Review Board. It is <br /> their feeling that any decisions made by the Zoning <br /> � Administrator should then go to Council, or if <br /> appealed, to the Planning Commission. The Commission <br /> � also felt that it would not be necessary to be <br /> • notified of any variances acted upon by the Zoning <br /> Administrator. <br /> � Planning Commission recommended that the Zoning <br /> � Administrator be able to act upon items in A & B, <br /> but that the items would then go to Council for <br /> � final action; the Review Board be excluded; <br /> notation on the application that if denied by the <br /> � Zoning Administrator, the applicant be advised <br /> ! of their right to appear before the Planning <br /> Commis son. <br /> + Council Meeting - June 13, 1977 <br /> � <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve <br /> � recommendations A & B as recommended by the Zoning <br /> �dministrator' s above memo and requested the <br /> Planning Commission review and recommendation. <br /> • Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> � <br /> � <br />
