I am enclosing copies <br /> � of applications from residents requesting <br /> appointments to fill our last vacancies in January <br /> � 1977. <br /> � Please review all applications and consider making <br /> recommendations to Council. <br /> � <br /> � Planning Commission Meeting - June 6 , 1977 <br /> � The Planning Commission reviewed the applications <br /> before them. Given the fact that several of these <br /> etters were dated a couple of years ago, they <br /> elt some new material was needed. They suggested <br /> � ti-�at some form of notice be sent to the public <br /> • informing them of this opening. <br /> � Several members indicated that they were not <br /> familiar enough with the present applicants to <br /> � make any official recommendations. However, the <br /> general feeling of the Commission is that there is <br /> • sufficient real estate representation at this time. <br /> They also suggested more representation from <br /> � diversified areas of the City. <br /> � Meriber Dunlap highly recommended Jo Ellen Hurr <br /> � for her many years of service on the Park Commission <br /> and also Peggy 6�atson for her dedication to projects <br /> � that she becomes involved with. riember r�cDonald <br /> also recommended Jo Ellen Hurr. <br /> � <br /> • The Commission also noted that past applications <br /> have not been acknowledged.
