Planning Commission <br /> � indicated their Preference of utilizing the entire <br /> block (Lots 1-10) as two building sites only, <br /> � regardless of what lot rearrangement was negotiated. <br /> � The Planning Commission also informed the Doerflers <br /> • and Waconia Homes representative their desire for <br /> prospective owner of Lots 6 & 7 provide access <br /> easement to Lucille Olson property on County Road <br /> #19 to eliminate hazardous approach onto County <br /> � Road. <br /> � Staff - May 6, 1977 <br /> � Phone conversation and letter to Gordon Ramm of <br /> � Hennepin County regarding tax delinquent status <br /> of Lots 6 & 7. He informed me Lots 6 & 7 would <br /> � be delinquent as of June 27, 1977. The previous <br /> owner has the first right to repurchase.
