He said he <br /> • would change propos;l. Would request approval <br /> to construct a 40'X a0 ' service building meeting <br /> • all zoning requirements. This is for servicing <br /> boats only. <br /> He said p.lans probably would not be completed <br /> • before the coming weekend. He will submit them <br /> on March 7, 1977. If the plan r,ieets all zoning <br /> , requirements, we can probably act on the proposal <br /> that night. �ae are all quite familiar with the <br /> � property. <br /> � Planning Commission P�ieeting - March 7, 1977 <br /> • Mr. McCleary submitted a revised proposal for <br /> Stubbs Bay Marina. The new proposal consists <br /> � of a 50' X 80' structure. This structure would <br /> be used for servicing of boats and the sale of <br /> marina supplies only. There would be no storage <br /> of boats except for the purpose of sale and <br /> � repair. Proposed structure would meet all set- <br /> � back reguirements. <br /> The Commission reviewed the site plan and elevation <br /> � plans of the structure. The exterior surface of <br /> the structure would consist of a combination of <br /> wood, architectural metal �anel and manserd <br /> � shingled roof to provide a contrasting affect. <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval of <br /> � the proposal subject to the following conditions: <br /> � l. There will be no change to the shoreline. <br /> 2. Removal of all other existing buildings. <br /> � 3. No permanent exterior boat storage. <br /> * Welsh moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br /> • request of James McCleary, Stubbs Bay Marina, <br /> 3445 Bayside Road, per the Planning Commission <br /> , Minutes, subject to: � <br /> • 1.
